“Mac Troubleshooting”

Valuable Mac troubleshooting tips for every Mac user.

Join us January 8th for a “Mac Troubleshooting” session with our own iMentor, Rick Thues, an expert Mac user, trainer, and troubleshooter. He will give tips for solving common troubleshooting problems and also explain help menus where we can go for answers to many of our questions. Rick will show and explain helpful troubleshooting web sites, including Apple’s web site featuring great tutorials, Mac discussion areas, and many Internet help sites for Macintosh as well.

As a special feature, Rick is inviting everyone to submit questions by email ahead of time, so that he can research the issues, prepare answers and present them at the meeting as part of his presentation. If you have any questions you would like answered during Rick’s talk, please email them to: carolpeterson1@mac.com. She will forward them to Rick.

Members’ questions may be on any problems they experience. Here is a list of suggested topics:

Sending, receiving and opening attachments.
Printing problems. Ink and toner problems.
Email questions.
Mac maintenance questions.
Internet questions.
How to find and get Help.
What is a file and where is it anyway?

In addition, Rick will take questions from the floor.

Door Prizes. Three door prizes will be given to lucky winners in the audience (must be Mac Club members and present to win).
