WEB SITE INFORMATION
| The Macintosh Club web site is developed entirely in-house by a member of the Laguna Woods Village Macintosh Club. The html is hand-coded, follows the recommendations of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and has been validated, which ensures that the web pages are available on most platforms, through most browsers, including terminal-based. This site has been tested using monitor settings of various popular screen widths and resolutions. |

West Coast Internet, a premier Internet Service Provider located in Capistrano Beach, California, generously hosts our site on an Apache/1.3.3 (Unix) server.
| Most of the graphics were created using Adobe Photoshop. Image resolutions have been optimized (but not until they bleed). There are few image maps and no frames or small pop-up windows, to conserve bandwidth, reduce annoyance, and for quicker downloading.
Larger font sizes have been used intentionally to allow those with limited vision to navigate the site more easily.

Thank you for visiting lwmug.org! When we envisioned this site, our objective was to create an intuitive, easy-to-use and informative resource, consisting primarily of original material, for our members and others interested in Macintosh computers. We hope you have found it to be so. |
