WEB SITE INFORMATION

The Macintosh Club web site is developed entirely in-house by a member of the Laguna Woods Village Macintosh Club. The html is hand-coded, follows the recommendations of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and has been validated, which ensures that the web pages are available on most platforms, through most browsers, including terminal-based. This site has been tested using monitor settings of various popular screen widths and resolutions.

Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional

West Coast Internet, a premier Internet Service Provider located in Capistrano Beach, California, generously hosts our site on an Apache/1.3.3 (Unix) server.
Larger font sizes have been used intentionally to allow those with limited vision to navigate the site more easily.

Thank you for visiting themacclub.org!
When we envisioned this site, our objective was to create an intuitive, easy-to-use and informative resource, consisting primarily of original material, for our members and others interested in Macintosh computers.
We hope you have found it to be so.
